Message of June 3 was received, stating the Governor signed the                
following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to            
the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                         
                                                                               
	SENATE BILL NO. 84 am                                                         
"An Act relating to fees for identification cards and                         
certain motor vehicle licenses and permits; to                                 
licenses issued to drivers and to revocation of a                              
license to drive; and providing for an effective
